Iris was a long-time friend of Out Adventures before she joined the team. She introduced us to many of our now-favourite destinations, as a travel industry veteran that’s traveled to 35 countries and counting.
Tanya is, scandalously, our only team member with more travel experience than our owner, Rob. When not hosting our lesbian tours she runs her own PR Agency for the travel and hospitality sector called MuchPR. Her top travel hack for jet-setting lesbians? Hit up the local roller derby matches.
Rob isn’t a lesbian, but he is the founder of Out Adventures. He’s visited 60+ countries in his quest to bring you unforgettable expeditions, and has made it his mission to connect you with local female thought leaders and entrepreneurs to make your holiday as magical as possible.
Aléjandrina, or Alé, is our Peruvian Mama that’s taken great care of our clients since 2009. Whether hiking the Inca Trail or exploring the Amazon, you’ll quickly see why past travellers don’t just consider Alé a guide, but a friend.
Diana is one of the most experienced guides in Croatia, boasting over 20 years of experience. She may be straight, but she has a passion for equality and has been an advocate for the women's rights movement in Croatia for many years. She is beyond thrilled to lead our group through her homeland.
Sigrún, or Ziggy as she's often called, has been a guide since 2015. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Iceland, but more importantly she is resourceful, friendly and dedicated to making sure her guests leave the country with life-long memories.
